Changing Winds

I would be cool to see ghost ships from the early rounds.

Also the legendary pirates from last round is not up.

I'd like more unexpected encounters with ghost ships. I only get hit up once or twice a round. I'm not talking about Spanish Frigates. I mean Ghost of Third Coast, attacking without warning, nearly equal to my strengths; and, if I win, I get something besides the satisfaction of winning.
